Lifestyle Behaviours
We are addressing the lifestyle behaviours that are equally key to both prevention and management.
For each behaviour, change is difficult to accomplish and even more difficult to sustain. Sustained behaviour change is required for health outcomes and any shot at an ROI.
In the CDPM grid, the behaviours criss-cross with most of the conditions ... exercise is important to hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, COPD, depression and even cancer.
The overall goal is much more effective prescriptions for sustained behaviour change.
