We are bringing together a critical mass of "healthier eating" stakeholders towards becoming much more effective at "prescribing diet change" for everyone ... both for remaining healthy and for better self-managing a condition.
Sometimes it's a matter of simply eating too much for a number of common reasons ... and programs like Craving Change can address this aspect effectively with good follow up.
Sometimes it's a matter of needing to eat "less of this" and "more of that" based on an assessment with a qualified provider. Our core concept is the DASH Diet which is much like the Canada Food Guide.
As with exercise, we have a bias for interactive group formats, solid follow-up and developing peer leaders.
